As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining Financial Records
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of fixed asset registers, capital expenditure approvals, and assets creation and disposal documentation filing.
    • Reconcile fixed asset registers to general ledgers.
    • Sight and tag assets.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and analyze capex status reports.
    • Supervise the preparation and maintenance of general ledgers on a monthly basis, including processing accounting journals.
  • Financial Compliance
    • Supervise the monthly follow-up with accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledger, treasury, banking, and petty cash on their monthly comments from the finance controller and manager.
    • Supervise foreign currency accounting revaluations.
    • Supervise monthly accruals/prepayment analysis and follow up on clearance of long outstanding items.
  • General Ledger Maintenance
    • Ensure the accuracy of general ledger postings and supervise the coordination of monthly balance sheet, lease assets, and liabilities reconciliations.
    • Prepare monthly tax compilation schedules.
