Business Development Representative

This role is for a highly skilled Business Development Representative who excels at building strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive information about our training services and ensuring a professional experience.
Your key responsibilities include setting up prospect profiles in the CRM system, building rapport with interested prospects, handling incoming inquiries, and managing client bookings and consultation appointments. You will also be expected to keep clients updated and in touch through relationship-building checkpoints within the KD Trainer Training System.
You will collaborate with other departments to organize social events for trainers and clients and work closely with the team to respond to client feedback and handle payments and general inquiries. This role requires a strong ability to work towards goals, organized and efficient in handling multiple tasks, and possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Set up prospect profiles in the CRM system.
- Build rapport and strong professional relationships with interested prospects.
- Handle incoming inquiries and manage client bookings and consultation appointments.
- Keep clients updated and in touch through all relationship-building checkpoints within the KD Trainer Training System.
