Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing and tracking spare parts inventory from procurement to stock placement using SAP/S4 Hana. This includes handling procurement, quotations, and invoicing for spare parts and maintenance services. Additionally, the role involves performing regular stock counts and managing the placement of spare parts within the inventory.

To ensure timely delivery and proper storage of spare parts, the incumbent will coordinate with stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation and inventory records in SAP/S4 Hana.

Service Maintenance Contract Renewals:

  • Process related quotations and handle service maintenance contract renewals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in order processing, supply chain, logistics, or related fields. Proficiency in using SAP/S4 Hana system and Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

A strong background in spare parts inventory management is necessary, along with good customer service skills and effective communication. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are also required.
