Business Development Manager

This role offers a chance to build and manage key relationships with CVS accounts in the FMCG sector. As a Key Account Executive, you will drive sales strategies, identify growth opportunities through market visits and insights, and foster strong connections with clients.
Responsibilities- Customer Business Planning: Assist in managing CVS accounts by providing market or outlet insight, sales reporting, and other operational information.
- Promotion Planning & Execution: Conduct regular audits of key monthly activities and share Point-of-Sale Materials (POSMs) with CVS accounts according to the planned timeline.
- Business Review & Market Visit: Conduct regular market visits to store level, gather feedback, and build rapport with store staff. Identify potential growth areas, opportunities, and address immediate concerns.
- Payment & Claims Coordination: Monitor payment status, validate customer claims, and ensure timely submission to Finance.
- Maintain strong relationships with CVS accounts to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Support the execution of trade marketing activities, promotions, and resolving customer complaints.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales data analysis for decision-making.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Update sales forecasts based on market trends, sales performance, and account feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or the FMCG industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to manage and negotiate with key accounts.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Coordination: Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
