About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our SME & Growth team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will leverage your skills in pitching, solutioning, and negotiating to grow our business in emerging markets. Your primary focus will be on identifying high-potential prospects and developing effective strategies to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and increase market share.

  • Lead commercial negotiations to secure deals and expand existing customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

  • Maintain a database of current and potential customers using our CRM system.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a complex product environment, with a proven track record of top performance.

  • Passionate about sales and able to develop and execute strategies for a particular territory.

  • Experience influencing key decision-makers and stakeholders, with strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving multiple products and services.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
