About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an HR & Administrative Executive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate staff records and databases.
- Managing payroll and HR-related tasks, including recruitment and training.
- Providing support for office operations, including facilities management and procurement.
- Liaising with external and internal parties as necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Requirements
- Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess minimum SPM or Diploma certification and above.
- Good command of English (Oral & Written) is a must; knowledge of Bahasa Cina is an advantage.
- PC literate, familiar with Iflexi HR software will be an advantage.
- Committed and multi-tasking.
- Familiar and Conversant with Employment Act, Labour and Industrial Relations rules & regulations.
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality of HR related matters.
- Possess initiative in all work matters.
- Fast learner and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experiences, and the ability to work well with all levels of staff.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Nibong Tebal or Penang or Shah Alam.
