Marketing and Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Partnerships Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading branding, marketing, digital engagement, partnerships, and market development efforts.
- Implement marketing strategy for the hirer segment based on plans that align with business goals and market demands.
- Oversee and complete marketing campaigns for acquisition, lead generation, product usage, and retention.
- Based on regional frameworks, drive coordinated, end-to-end acquisition, lead generation, product usage, and retention programs for hirers.
- Craft and implement digital marketing strategies, including content marketing that resonate with hirer objectives.
- Complete and schedule own channel communications like EDMs, social media, website, sales briefings, etc.
- Support PR initiatives that help build brand value proposition.
- Coordinate events and ground activations for hirers.
- Supervise and report on marketing campaign performance and return on investment, utilizing analytics and data insights.
