About the Role

The Vaccine Implementation Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers within their assigned accounts, connecting them to Pfizer's Vaccine Portfolio. This role requires a consultative approach, spanning the entire resource and product portfolio to establish long-standing and valued relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective relationship strategies to build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned territory customers.
  • Identify and prioritize Pfizer opportunities by understanding customers' business and strategic imperatives.
  • Support customers with their designated portfolio within a defined geographical territory, including both metro and regional areas.
  • Effectively build scientific rapport and relationships with customers across virtual and in-person environments.
  • Monitor and report on external environment intelligence information and surface identified issues to Category Lead for support.
  • Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, adapting based on self-identified opportunities and insights.
  • Leverage analytics tools to assist with developing insights and next best action plans.
  • Compliantly engage key customers to grow business and drive product demand by providing HCP education.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market, products, and disease states to enable meaningful dialogue with HCPs.
  • Responsible for deploying Pfizer resources to support HCPs, working effectively across multiple virtual engagement platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science and Health background.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with a history of sales promotional, territory management skills, effective communications skills, and demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, sales, or relevant experience, preferably in Primary Care sector.
  • Must live within the territory.
  • Experience with therapeutic area and products associated with this role.
  • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive territory/customer plans to drive achievement of desired objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with KOLs and build lasting relationships with top priority customers.
  • Assess needs of target physicians, address needs with a responsive approach, targeted skills, and appropriate resources.
