As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with distributors, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with distributors to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Plan and conduct customer demos to showcase our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and communicate regularly with them to ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Generate and manage documentation, including sales reports and customer information.
- Diploma or Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors and customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to senior management.
