Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts and Pre-Contract Management Executive to join our team at TIME's Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and pre-contract activities for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contract Management
  • Verify material requisitions, take-off quantities, and site measurements of completed work.
  • Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure effective project management.
Pre-Contract Management
  • Support the Assistant Manager/Manager, Contracts, in monitoring and administering various contracts and sub-contract works.
  • Prepare progress reports, recommend payments, issue variation order certificates, and finalize accounts documentation.
Client Liaison
  • Liaise with client site representatives (if required).
Tender Management
  • Prepare, call, and evaluate tenders, as well as value variation orders.
Negotiation and Claims Management
  • Negotiate building and material costs with contractors and suppliers.
  • Manage the processing of claims from consultants and contractors related to project matters.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in pre and post-contract management in building construction projects.
  3. Good knowledge in taking-off, site measurement, costing, tender preparation, claim evaluation, and account finalization.
