Key responsibilities include:

* Providing L3 and L4 Uniformance operations support to Manufacturing Sites
* Optimizing Uniformance tool and features for Business teams' day-to-day decision-making process
* Digitalizing Manufacturing environment by working closely with Manufacturing Engineering Division on digital improvement opportunities
* Application consultancy and support across a broad portfolio of applications spanning various platforms and technologies
* Data Visualization - Work with Business Teams across Refinery and Chemical sites to identify and define how data visualization can deliver business value
* Mentors junior engineers
* Primary interface for remote engineering support with manufacturing Site Engineers
* Define and implement initiatives, upgrades and sustenance
* Collaborate with Application Engineers to ensure applications utilization are operating at optimum level
* Maintain strong working relationship with Manufacturing Control Systems on technology roadmap, upgrades, enhancements, or initiatives
* Interface with and provide input to Global Network and Supervisor on issues and opportunities

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology
* Experience with database management (SQL), Ms.Excel macros and other digital related work deliverables

* Troubleshooting skills, innovative and analytical thinking
* Intellectual rigor, strong drive and desire to lead change
* Ability to work in a multi-cultural global team
* Understanding of operational aspects such as high availability, monitoring, security, and robustness
