About the Job

As a Sales Executive at Panasonic Malaysia, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with dealers and customers.

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and achieve monthly targets set by management.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers by providing support, guidance, and market information.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze and forecast market trends to help dealers grow their turnover.
  • Sales Monitoring: Monitor dealers' sales progress and account receivables closely.
  • Business Development: Explore and develop new clients, dealers, and installers.
  • Product Training: Provide product training to dealers and subcontractors on our air conditioning products.
  • Project Support: Attend project inquiries and site visits to understand dealers' and customers' needs, providing comprehensive air conditioning solutions based on their requirements.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field.
  • Preferably executive specializing in Sales/ Business Development or equivalent. Working experience in Air-Cond sector will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate with competency in MS Office.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and result-oriented individual.
  • Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written). Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate with outgoing personality is welcome to apply.
