  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Organize and maintain a departmental filing system for efficient traceability.
  • Handle performance evaluation, counseling, grievances, and discipline matters.
  • Implement effective talent sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
  • Oversee staff attendance, movements, and leave management.
  • Manage staff benefits, medicals, insurance, and related matters.
  • Provide administrative support and liaison with statutory bodies.
