Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team at JAC Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management, coordination, and daily operations of our machine shop and various organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the daily production of the workshop, monitor changes, and adjust production targets in a timely manner.
  2. Manage remaining workshop materials, ensuring effective storage and recording.
  3. Develop an overall plan for the machine tool department, controlling production change costs and expenses.
  4. Ensure safety, productivity, and maintainability of all production machines and equipment.
  5. Review work processes and procedures, make improvement suggestions, and implement plans.
  6. Lead a team of personnel, ensuring they are fair, competent, and complete tasks according to laboratory management standards.
  7. Monitor production quality and cost to ensure good productivity.
Requirements
  1. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in workshop operation management and machine operation, with management knowledge of at least 15 people.
  3. Experience in CNC milling, CNC lathe, and surface grinding is preferred.
  4. Knowledge of metal materials is preferred.
