">Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue for ShopeePay.
- Partnership Management: Manage and maintain relationships with payment gateway partners, commercial partners, and regulators to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
- Business Analysis: Analyze, recommend, and drive initiatives/ enhancements for ShopeePay businesses to optimize performance and stay ahead of competitors.
- Reporting and Analytics: Ensure regular business reporting and analyses are executed to a high standard, including performance tracking, competitor analysis, and operational efficiency on a weekly basis.
- Incubation and Launch: Lead the incubation (launch and operationalization) of new functions for launches of new services, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with other team leads to design and execute marketing campaigns, and plan, project, and track budget spend for marketing campaigns.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant disciplines.
- Work Experience: Work experience either in project management, digital/startup industry, or has passion in the e-commerce industry.
- Fresh Graduates: Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- High Energy Level: High energy level and strong drive towards creating impact.
- Self-Starter: Self-starter with strong analytical & logical reasoning skills.
