Role Overview

The FRA Technical Accounting Specialist will play a key role in managing and coordinating all aspects of Technical Accounting in the APMA region. This includes providing technical accounting direction, communicating with stakeholders, and managing the intangible assets impairment process.

Main Accountabilities
  • Providing technical accounting direction across the full Novartis Organisation for the region, in the planning and recording of local BD&L and other transactions.
  • Communicating and coordinating regional Technical Accounting matters with various stakeholders, including regional and country CFOs, and external auditors.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, together with a professional qualification (CA/CPA).
  • 6-8 years of experience in public accounting in a capacity within a blue-chip multinational environment.
