We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team, supporting our mission to provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time assistance to Korean-speaking customers through live chat, offering support, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Understand customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer accurate solutions, escalating cases as necessary.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and BPO quality standards to ensure consistency and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and case details in the CRM system for future reference and quality control.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve customer service processes and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strive to meet or exceed chat support performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Korean and English (written communication).
  • Previous experience in customer service or chat support, preferably within a BPO or call center setting.
  • Proficiency with chat support and CRM software.
  • Strong written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Ability to identify solutions and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
