As an Assistant Manager, Complaints Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that complaints are resolved efficiently.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Resolving complex complaints and enquiries involving legal, reputational and/or compliance matters, including those lodged at regulatory bodies such as Bank Negara Malaysia and the National Consumer Complaints Council.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies for complaint resolution, ensuring that customers receive prompt and satisfactory responses.
  • Collaborating with other departments to obtain the required information and resolution for customer complaints and enquiries.
  • Ensuring that all follow-up work is completed within the expected timeframe and that customers are updated accordingly.
