Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in an Expense Management/Accounts Payable department. Experience with Financial Institutions is beneficial.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that expenses are allocated to the correct cost center upon payment of invoices. They will also take an important role in the month-end process by passing accounting entries as needed.

Key activities include being responsible for the quality, quantity, and timeliness of invoice processing for serviced entities, ensuring all invoices are compliant with Commerzbank's policies and approval requirements before being paid.

In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Head Office, other departments/counterparts in the region on resolving disputes and ensure proper escalation process where necessary.

They will also drive changes to policies where needed and prepare regular and ad hoc statistics and reports on expenses.

A Bachelor's Degree holder is required, and proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
