Key Responsibilities
- To head the sales division for the group, inclusive of the wellness, restaurants, and hotel sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure top management is informed on the progress of those goals.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Retail, Head of Hospitality, and Marketing teams to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, public relations, channel marketing, loyalty marketing, campaign marketing, digital, and new media development.
- Prepare budgets, manage time constraints, and gather resources to achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 11 years of proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing professional in the F&B, hospitality, and services industries.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Strong command of English and Mandarin.
- A result-driven and organized individual with excellent leadership skills.
Remuneration
- Up to MYR 15,000 per annum.
