We are seeking a Revenue Expansion Specialist to join our team at PS Energy Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in Singapore's fuel sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our sales revenue and expand market share in Singapore's last miles fuel distribution market
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across commercial and industrial segments, and build strong relationships with oil majors and key accounts

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Indoor Sales team to achieve sales targets, and implement performance tracking systems with clear KPIs and regular reviews

Pipeline Development & Sales Execution

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand and maintain our customer base, and manage a pipeline of target customers using market knowledge, relationships, direct engagement, and focused marketing activities

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in business or market development, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Able to handle stress and meet deadlines, with strong people management skills and a focus on driving sales revenue growth
