About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to join our Samsonite APAC & Middle East team as a Store Supervisor.
You will be responsible for leading our store team and driving business growth through strategic planning, effective leadership, and excellent customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement plans to drive business growth, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a positive work environment, resolving conflicts and issues in a timely and productive manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
