Core Responsibilities

50-60% of Time: IT Asset Management

  • Masterful management and tracking of assets using industry-leading systems
  • Detailed monthly audits of in-store devices
  • Precise records of asset movements
  • Coordination of IT equipment setup and recovery

40-50% of Time: Ticket Management

  • Resolution of incoming IT support tickets via Jira
  • Level 3 technical support for end-user devices
  • Enhanced response times and quality of IT support services

Key Qualifications

Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in ITIL and IT service management platforms

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations
  • Proficiency in IT service management software and ITIL best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in IT asset management
