Salary Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package of RM3,500 - RM3,700 per month, open for negotiation based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to hiring, for various roles within the center. The ideal candidate will conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to select the best candidates. Additionally, they will address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective staffing and talent acquisition.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and discreetly.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to promote continuous development.
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads in managing employee performance.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and benefits.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
  • Streamline HR operations by overseeing administrative tasks.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a healthcare or postpartum care environment.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in management and administration tasks.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficient in UBS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
