**Head of Technology: Lead Innovation and Growth**

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Leader to join our team as the Head of Technology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our technology functions and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Technology Decision-Making: Collaborate with our Co-founders and other leaders to define our technology vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Shape Code Quality: Define and implement best practices for code quality, ensuring that our technology team produces high-quality work that meets our business needs.
- Drive Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through innovative technology solutions, leveraging our network of insurance providers and digital solutions.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of extreme ownership, inclusiveness, pragmatism, and urgency, inspiring and developing high-performing technology teams.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Identify and evaluate the latest technologies, assessing their potential for strategic advantage and business impact.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Articulate and lead tech-related communications with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for our technology vision.
- 3+ years of experience in senior management.
- Must have experience leading a technology department.
- Strong in both business and technical knowledge, with a good understanding of overall Technology Operations and Management.
- Preferred skills in C#, Angular, Java, and Typescript programming languages.
- The ability to articulate and lead tech-related communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies and infrastructure management.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies, which are grounded in data.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing technology teams.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
