Job Overview

Ototrans Marketing SDN. BHD. is a leading marketing firm seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, communicating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal sales activities with the sales team.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding incoming enquiries and ongoing orders.
  • Attend to customer and supplier inquiries, respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare quotations from the sales department and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Update quotation status, collect customer feedback, and report to the responsible salesperson.
  • Follow up on enquiry status, ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

  • Possess SPM certification or equivalent level.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a related field; training provided for sales system familiarity.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and the sales team.
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Office, etc.).
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Language proficiency: English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (desired).
