We are seeking a talented Corporate HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • HR Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, driving organizational growth and success.
  • Talent Management and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing opportunities for employees to grow professionally and personally.
  • Employee Engagement and Communication: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work environment and open communication channels.
  • Performance Management and Coaching: Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management systems, providing coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Benefits Administration and Compensation: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and group employee benefit insurances, ensuring fair and competitive compensation packages.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company's adherence to local labour laws, regulations, and best practices, mitigating risks and liabilities.
Requirements
