Responsibilities
  • Develop strong customer pipelines and achieve assigned sales targets for Hiredly X.
  • Identify business opportunities, increase profitability, and accelerate growth through integrated supply chain solutions focusing on international freight services.
  • Increase awareness of Hiredly X among prospective clients by working with the management team to identify strategic business opportunities in freight services.
  • Anticipate and exceed customer expectations by designing creative solutions.
  • Secure new businesses and manage existing accounts to increase share of wallets from customers.
  • Manage customer relationships to improve satisfaction, account profitability, and retention.
  • Lead and improve overall account performances through effective KPIs monitoring with customers.
  • Build strategic relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Work with counterparts from overseas for leads and opportunities.
  • Maximize synergy and overall profitability when developing strategies and proposals.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge in NVOCC/freight forwarding, shipping industry with a wide network of contacts.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multitask and willing to contribute extra hours when business situation requires.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, positive dealing with challenges and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Solid Technical/Operational & Sales background with NVOCC/Freight Forwarding marketplace.
