  • Performance Review: Conduct regular meetings with the internal team to review quality and delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Reporting and Communication: Ensure that sufficient reports are maintained to track the customer's progress, and establish regular communication with customers to enhance the working relationship and report customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
  • Account Development: Assist in the development of existing and new accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Requirements:
    • Education: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
    • Language Skills: A good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
    • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an OEM/ODM Manufacturer, FMCG, or Supply Chain environment, preferably.
    • Personal Qualities: Must be a team player with a positive, humble, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed attitude to complete tasks within the deadline with minimal supervision.
    • Skills: Must possess excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn and take on challenges.
    • Technical Skills: Demonstrate strong proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
