Scicom (MSC) Berhad seeks an experienced Mandarin/Cantonese Customer Support Executive to join our team. As an Executive - Technical Support - Mandarin/Cantonese for Hong Kong & Taiwan, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service and technical support.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with engineers to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance overall satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Diploma or degree in IT-related fields.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Fresh Graduates Welcome: We invite fresh graduates fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese to apply; we offer comprehensive training and support.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of desktop, laptop, and tablet hardware and technology, along with advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Work Environment
