About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Relationship Development Manager, you will work closely with our internal business partners to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Your goal will be to acquire new-to-Premier Private Banking clients with AUM RM3mil & above, prospect, identify, and cross-sell the OCBC Premier Private Banking client value proposition to target segments, present the client value proposition to target audiences, and work in partnership with assigned Premier Private Banking Centre teams to enhance vicinity customer bases and meet clients' unique needs.

Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include:
  • Acquiring new-to-Premier Private Banking clients with AUM RM3mil & above
  • Prospecting, identifying, and cross-selling the OCBC Premier Private Banking client value proposition to target segments
  • Presenting the client value proposition to target audiences through collaboration with internal business partners
  • Working in partnership with assigned Premier Private Banking Centre teams to enhance vicinity customer bases and meet clients' unique needs
  • Identifying cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet for the bank
