As a leading global financial institution, HSBC supports over 41 million customers worldwide, with 6.7 million being international clients. Our core operational areas include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management, Global Private Banking, Insurance, and the Chief Operating Office.

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as Mortgage Specialists. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing strategies to expand Mortgage business, drive retail banking product sales, and refer potential Premier customers to Premier Relationship Bankers or Managers.
  2. Regularly meeting individual performance benchmarks and striving to achieve outstanding sales performance.
  3. Driving the Personal Banking proposition to proactively identify customer needs and deliver customized solutions, leveraging all available resources effectively.
  4. Nurturing customer relationships by generating mortgage business and referring Premier and Wealth needs to the branch.
  5. Closely working with branch Primary Bankers, Premier Relationship Bankers, and Managers to ensure seamless inward referrals for mortgage needs.
  6. Promoting best-in-class sales and service standards through engaging customer interactions and personalized experiences aligned with bank standards.
  7. Accurately capturing, updating, storing, and maintaining customer information.
  8. Maintaining Sales Quality Standards by minimizing errors and non-compliance.
  9. Adhering to regulatory requirements, audit protocols, and internal policies.
