Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Services Executive to join our team at TIME's group. In this role, you will be responsible for attending to customer enquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring all transactions are compliant with company policies and procedures.
Job Description:- Responsibilities include attending to walk-in and call-in enquiries from agency force and policyholders, handling premium collections, claims, policy servicing, surrender, and new business processes, and ensuring all transactions are compliant with Standard Operating Procedures and Guides;
- You will also be responsible for collecting documents, following up with intermediaries, customers, and business partners, and providing excellent customer service, telephone inquiries, greetings, escalations of service matters, or customer complaints;
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field or be a Fresh Graduate, able to work in Ipoh, and preferably hold an Executive specialization in Branch Operations or equivalent;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role;
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
