Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and multilingual Technical Support Specialist Mandarin to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support via phone, email, and chat channels to customers speaking Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or supervisors as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of Recooty's products, services, and policies to deliver expert solutions.
- Aiding customers with product usage and troubleshooting any related issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To speak, read, and write fluently in Mandarin.
- A minimum degree in IT or Hardware.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in a call center industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as a team.
