At Aqi Intl, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The Executive Technical Support role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to provide premium technical support and customer service to Lenovo users and clients.

About the Role

This position requires exceptional problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of desktop, laptop, and tablet hardware and technology, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support and customer service to Lenovo users and clients.
  • Resolve technical issues from end to end, making follow-up calls and updating customers on case progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with new processes and product releases by reading updates, studying product descriptions, and participating in team meetings, trainings, and discussions.
  • Provide feedback to Team Leaders/CC Manager on opportunities for improvement.
Skill Requirements
  • Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • English and Thai language proficiency – speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Understanding of desktop, laptop, and tablet hardware and technology.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork dynamics with ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives.
