At GKash Sdn Bhd, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and budget resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth
  • Manage client accounts, generate leads, and achieve sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in accounting & financing
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Malaysia's banking and financial industry
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience with payment and e-wallet systems is a plus

We offer a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive fluent in Mandarin. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on developing long-term partnerships. This role includes managing client accounts, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
