Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Chefs' Partner MY. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The successful Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing their accounts, delivering exceptional service to customers, being a product expert, and staying organized and tech-savvy.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Visiting customers daily to meet sales targets and building strong relationships with key accounts.
  2. Responding quickly to orders, inquiries, and complaints, and offering product recommendations to boost sales.
  3. Staying up-to-date on all product categories, conducting product demos and presentations, and gathering market insights on trends, competitors, and pricing.
  4. Using digital tools and the ERP system, keeping customer data updated for seamless sales tracking, and working with the team to forecast demand and manage stock.

The successful candidate will have at least 1- or 2-years working experience as a Sales Executive in the food and distribution industry, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
