Key Tasks
  1. Work with analysis documents, functional documents, or technical documents to elaborate data extractions to fulfill operational and business teams, providing valuable insights and data-driven solutions.
  2. Analyze and improve query performance for existing reports, stored procedures, and queries, ensuring optimal results and efficiency.
  3. Provide level 3 support to stakeholders and end users, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  4. Understand business requirements and provide technical solutions, driving business growth and success.
  5. Deliver tasks as scheduled by the Technical Lead, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  6. Participate in agile meetings to follow up on team tasks, ensuring alignment and progress towards goals.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • 2+ years of overall experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack, including Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting Services, and Integration Services.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team worker with proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative, driving results and growth.
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude, able to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
  • Passionate team worker, self-starter, and self-motivated individual, comfortable working in teams and driving results.
  • Ability to articulate the 'why' behind your decisions clearly to the team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
