Your Key Objectives

  • To deliver exceptional technical support to customers throughout their journey with dLocal.
  • To foster close collaboration between our teams and customers, driving mutual success.
  • To identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and grow revenue.
  • To analyze customer requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs.
  • To leverage your expertise in APIs and technical matters to enhance customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven track record in technical account management, preferably in the fintech sector.
  • Exceptional technical skills, including API knowledge and SQL proficiency.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
