We are looking for a results-driven Business Growth Accelerator to join our team at Sime Darby Plantation Berhad.

The successful candidate will have expertise in analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic plans to facilitate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market data and trends to identify potential opportunities for land development and value enhancement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders to enhance business opportunities.
  • Design and execute business development strategies to create new revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, preferably from Plantation Industry or Property Development Industry.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and market research to support strategic and investment decisions.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
