Sales Performance Lead

Tire Sales Role:
We are seeking a Sales Performance Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective execution of individual and team Annual Operating Plans. This includes managing sales orders, tire supplies, and shipments from factory to customers, as well as identifying opportunities for incremental sales.
Key Tasks:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase tire sales from existing distributors/retailers.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to achieve volume growth targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales orders, tire supplies, and shipments.
- Conduct competitor research to stay informed about market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of selling experience in the tire/automotive industry or consumer/commercial industry.
- Proven track record of success in key account management, selling, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
