Hiredly X is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts and ensuring they receive the best solutions. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering results-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize value for customers and the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Team and Operations to coordinate shipments.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and update reports to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure excellent reputation with clients through exceptional service.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a diploma in Marketing or Business, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, key account management, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated track record in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
