Job Description:

This part-time administrative and accounting assistant role offers flexible hours, the possibility of working from home, and involves organizing financial documents while being paid hourly.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial documents to support our accounts personnel by handling receipt organization, claims processing, and expense categorization.

Responsibilities
  1. Scan, organize, and categorize receipts, invoices, and claim forms accurately.
  2. Enter and classify expenses based on receipt descriptions in Excel and company systems.
  3. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all scanned documents are properly stored and accessible for auditing purposes.
  4. Assist in basic administrative tasks related to accounting documentation.
