Job Description:
This part-time administrative and accounting assistant role offers flexible hours, the possibility of working from home, and involves organizing financial documents while being paid hourly.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial documents to support our accounts personnel by handling receipt organization, claims processing, and expense categorization.
Responsibilities- Scan, organize, and categorize receipts, invoices, and claim forms accurately.
- Enter and classify expenses based on receipt descriptions in Excel and company systems.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all scanned documents are properly stored and accessible for auditing purposes.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks related to accounting documentation.
