We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Co-ordinator of Office and Workshop Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, supporting our workshop programs, and providing exceptional administrative support to our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of our office administration, including reception duties, mail handling, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops and events, including preparing materials, booking venues, and arranging logistics.
  • Support the setup and delivery of virtual programs, including operating recording devices and communicating with clients.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our teams, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
Requirements
  • A minimum Diploma holder or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
