Job Summary:

A leading IT solutions provider seeks a skilled Helpdesk Consultant to deliver comprehensive support services to clients in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or a ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes in the company’s helpdesk system.
  • Offer guidance to clients on best practices, software usage, and preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software and remote support tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients.
