We are looking for a skilled Distributor Relationship Specialist to join our team in Malaysia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with nominated national accounts including key management and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and provide feedback to distributors regarding market activity and compile reports as requested.

  • Work closely with Distributor Sales Representative in training and coaching them in the UFS range by conducting regular demonstrations on the field.

  • Ensure all national promotional activities are executed and driven at the territory level.

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly Joint Business Plan with distributors on the sales performance to achieve the Sell In & Sell Out Target.

  • Attend all UFS selling skills and chefmanship training sessions.

  • Involvement in trade shows where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Account Manager in FMCG or Food Service background.

  • Customer development experience in a supervisory role.

  • Good understanding of the Malaysian Food Service market.

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Food Service Industry.
