**Job Role**

We are seeking an exceptional Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Businesslist. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to grow existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

  1. Represent Businesslist to customers face-to-face professionally and courteously.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships between customers and the company.
  3. Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and maintain customer accounts.
  4. Meet with customers to address issues requiring personal interaction, such as quality issues or contract negotiations.
  5. Deliver samples, literature, and orders to customers as needed.
  6. Make cold calls on new accounts within the assigned branch territory.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute plans to grow existing customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
