FSI Industry Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced FSI Industry Account Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client growth and retention, with a focus on either application-related solutions or infrastructure/network solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, acting as the main point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and delivering strategic guidance with a focus on client acquisition, client retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs and inquiries, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, understanding their business needs and goals, maintaining strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing consultative advice and identifying new opportunities for clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and upsell solutions, driving additional revenue from existing and new clients.
- Develop account plans and strategies tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
- Proactively monitor and stay informed about new technologies and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as technical and marketing to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
- Able to communicate and prospect company's solution offerings to clients.
- Track and report on account performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record in client growth and retention.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Independent, proactive, attentive, and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
