Key Responsibilities:
  • To operate wheat cleaning or flour milling production lines in the shift as assigned by the Shift Miller or Chief Miller, ensuring target cleaning and milling efficiency, extraction rates, capacity, and quality compliance.
  • To implement maintenance schedules, minor engineering repairs, and housekeeping routines as per plan provided.
  • To collect accurate production data, including sampling, measuring, and recording, for timely reporting and filing.
  • To promptly report any defective symptoms or breakdowns of machinery and monitor maintenance & repairs performed by the engineering department.
  • To acquire knowledge on production processes, machinery operations, materials, and products through on-the-job training and correspondence courses.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or equivalent.
  • Two years of working experience, preferably in flour milling.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with on-the-job training provided.
