We are looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled individual who can perform various tasks efficiently, including check-in and check-out procedures, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for adhering to hotel policies and procedures, as well as Quality Standards and Core Practices.

Additionally, you will need to maintain an active presence at the front desk, supervising service associates and ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly and professionally.

Required skills and qualifications include a diploma in Tourism/Hospitality/Hotel Management, proficiency in oral and written English and Malay, and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) OPERA.

A minimum of 1 year experience as a guest service personnel in a service industry is also essential, along with pleasant and effective social skills, versatility, and willingness to work in shifts.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but please note that due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
